Prefabricated of visco-elastic, Bio-Dynamix™ insoles provide shock absorption and cushioning. Visco-elastic material cushions rather than kicking back energy at heel strike, dissipating this energy evenly, a key to protecting joints. Use to absorb and dissipate jarring shocks of heel strike, to reduce fatigue and cumulative trauma to joints and to compensate for loss of fat pad beneath heel. During initial use, a period of adjustment to the new insole can be expected. It is recommended that the new insole be worn for short periods of time during this breaking-in process. As the insole conforms to the foot and shoe, increased comfort will be experienced.
